The Trades Women of Alaska (TWOA) Board is pleased to share the Draft Bylaws for the Alaska LIUNA Women’s Caucus for member review and feedback. These bylaws outline our mission, membership structure, officer roles, voting procedures, financial oversight, and standards for how our caucus operates and grows.

Members are invited to read the full document and submit comments or suggested edits using the comment form below. All feedback will be collected and reviewed prior to the official vote at our next meeting on Tuesday, December 9.
